Alternative Fashion Show encourages budding designers

Alternative Fashion Show, formerly known as 'Recycle Show', was held at Textile Department of the Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts on February 13, 2007.
In the show, Budding designers created attire with used materials like sawdust, brown paper bags, woven shoelaces, plastic bags, Chubby soda bottles, burlap and vinyl.
Designers presented impressive collection of woven material and charming burlap creations.
Major attraction of the event was a paper and burlap skirt with a blouse of paper and accented with sawdust.
