'Altamoda Dubai 2007 - Italian Haute Couture show & exhibition' has been organized by Italian Trade Commission, Trade Promotion Section of the Italian Embassy in collaboration with AltaRoma, Regione Lazio and Sviluppo Lazio.
Prominent fashion designers like Gianni Calignano, Gattinoni, Ettore Bilotta and Fausto Sarli will participate in this event presenting their collections for the first time in Middle East.
This show, scheduled during the first week of March, will host an exhibition providing direct buyer-seller interaction.
Dr. Ferdinando Fiore - Italian Trade Commissioner, said, “Our objective is to bring together the best of Italian Haute Couture to the Middle East and in particular to the UAE. The export of Italian clothing to the UAE registered an increase of 47.3 percent in the first 10 months of 2006, thus 92.2 million Euros, which is quite significant for our fashion producers.”
