Daegu Municipal Government has organized a textile fair to give South Korean clothing manufacturers and retailers a preview of global fashion trends in the city.
The 6th International Textile Fair 'Preview in Daegu' (PID) starting today and will run till March 16 is supposed to provide a single platform for more than 220 textile manufacturers. Besides local clothing manufacturers, up to 1,600 foreign buyers are also expected to attend the fair.
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, is sponsoring the annual event of PID.
Visitors can have a look through pavilions showcasing the latest fabric styles, uniforms, fashion trends and hot products from overseas fairs as well as Korean traditional designs.
