Recently held furniture and handicraft trade fair in China was a big success, as Indonesian manufacturers together have received orders worth US $100 million.
The 5-day exposition in Shenzhen was organized by Indonesian Handicraft and Furniture Industries Association (Asmindo).
Reportedly, the traders bagged huge orders from 70 consumers and if this becomes a reality could significantly boost up the countries exports.
In 2006 Indonesia exported unique and distinctive hand-made handicraft and furniture creations worth $1.8 billion.
