Dalian City, in North China, is taking measures to develop the fashion industry by using the original brands to upgrade the textile and clothing industry.
Dalian city is rapidly changing into a manufacturing base and business center for garments.
In an effort to do this, the Mayor of Dalian is popularizing the second China (Dalian) International Garment & Textile Fair (CIGF) which is going to be held in World Expo Centre/Dalian Convention & Exhibition Center from August 28.
Around 2000 exhibition booths would be installed in this fair.
