Turkish textiles & kilims show at Grinnell College's Faulconer Gallery

In addition to making gifts to Knox College and the University of Iowa Museum of Art, he donated an important collection of African ceramics to the Art Institute of Chicago in 2005. Now retired from teaching, he currently lives in Eugene Ore, where he continues to make his art.

An opening reception will take place Friday, June 22, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Regular hours, beginning Saturday, June 23, are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and Thursdays until 8 p.m. The exhibition will be on view through Sept. 9.
