This September, Couture Fashion Week will be partnering with Haute.Lanta Fashion Week in kicking off the latter event in Atlanta, Georgia. The dazzling presentation of six couture and luxury fashion shows is scheduled to be held at the state-of-the-art World Trade Center inside Sun Trust Plaza, in Atlanta.
"We are delighted to be the opening event of Haute.Lanta Fashion Week," says Couture Fashion Week producer Andres Aquino. "On Wednesday September 19th we will bring a fabulous presentation to one of the most important cities in the south of the USA, which is rapidly becoming a mecca for fashion. This will be a stunning follow-up to our fashions shows which will be held in New York City in early September.”
Attendees at the Couture Fashion Week runway shows on the opening day of Haute.Lanta Fashion Week will also be treated to complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
The exquisite fashions will be accompanied by trendsetting hairstyles and fabulous makeup. Runway shows will take place on the 'H' shaped runway in the Garden Atrium of the Sun Trust Plaza, which rises six stories and features 30,000 square feet of museum-like decor.
Some designers will also donate a red dress for a celebrity auction. Proceeds go to Save the Children. Following the fashion shows, the Official HLFW Opening Gala/After Party will take place at Club Fever.
