Arapapa, Uganda's renowned fashion house, is taking big leap! It will become the first ever Company from Uganda to present its collections on an international platform.
Arapapa will exhibit its 30 creations at the Uganda North American Association (UNAA) convention at Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Francisco. Company has a one-hour program today at the event that started August 30.
The range includes black and gold couture as well as raw-cotton prêt a porter line.
Company sources say that this will prove to be chance for Ugandan fashion to reach global levels and for Arapapa to form international collaborations.
