In a five day event, titled 'Import Shop Berlin' starting from November 7, around five Vietnamese companies participated along with 555 companies from 63 countries.
At the fair, goods showcased include textile and apparel, silk, embroidered silk and handicrafts from the country, which have drawn special attention of Germany visitors.
Germany is considered to be the leading importer of Made–In–Vietnam textile and apparel products. However, a slump is observed in this market in recent years.
Participating in such fair is one of national promotion program led by Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), in a bid to help local enterprises to expand in the international markets. This will further develop the market in Germany.
