On December 5, 'EU REACH pan-industry summit' was organized at the CBI meeting center of London, where officials of EU Chemical Management Bureau, the experts of REACH lawmaking and the high-grade managers from all the industries relating to REACH were present.
Raymondsun, Vice Chairman of Netsun Company, who participated in the meeting, was the sole delegate from China Chemical Net at the round table conference. Here, views were exchanged regarding the implementation of REACH law for the non-EU manufacturers and problems of sole representative policy encountered by them.
It is learned, EU Chemical Management Bureau (ECHA) will further discuss the detailed rules of the only-delegate policy of EU REACH law.
