In order to enhance the textile industry the Ministry of textile industry, together with the state joint-stock corporation Turkmenkhaly and the Chamber of Commerce of Turkmenistan has decided to organize a three day expo.
The event titled 'Textile Industry and Carpet Weaving of Turkmenistan 2008', will be held at the Exhibition Palace in Ashgabat on February 13-15.
According to sources from Exhibition Department of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, international enterprises and private businessmen are being invited to participate at the exhibition and organizers are expecting a participation of around 60 companies from 20 countries.
The visitors here can take a look of textile equipment, machinery, mechanisms, special equipment and production, latest technologies and Know-How, cotton, silk, wool and their processing, home-made textile, garments, knitwear and jeans products, carpets and carpet products, chemicals and dyes, accessories, leather and leather products and packages.
