The CNI held from March 26 to May 25, at the Museum of Automobile, in Brasilia, the exhibition 200 Years of Industry in Brazil.
The exhibition, which occupies an area of 1,250 square meters, is composed of 252 pieces representative of the history of the industry. They are machines, objects of decoration, clothes, cars, works of art, films, photographs and others, sold by private collectors, museums Brazilians and foreigners.
Entry is free and visitation can be made on Tuesday to Sunday (including holidays), from 10h to 20h.
The pieces reveal changes in the industry over two centuries and the changing customs and habits of the population, since the arrival of the Royal Family to Brazil. Divided into 10 modules, the exhibit contextualiza the industrialization process Brazilian.
The line of the time was defined by a team of 12 consultants who work in the areas of history of the Century 19, retrieval of documents, search, cinema and photography, in addition to members of the Navy and Air.
