He has for the past 16 years been involved in training managers to Masters Level in this area. Mike is also a past Chairman of the Midlands branch of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply South Africa (IPSA) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK).
He is currently management consultant to the United Nations (UNCTAD/WTO s' International Trade Centre {ITC}). In 2007 he compiled a report for ITC entitled: Supply Chains for Fresh Produce from selected SADC countries to South African Markets: An Investigative Report for an ITC Roundtable on Supply & Logistics.
