To coincide with the Little Black Dress Exhibition, The Fashion and Textile Museum and M.A.C are delighted to invite you to an exclusive evening with Terry Barber, a highly experienced artist in the world of fashion.

From Bardot to Winehouse, the sculpted eye look is to make up what the little black dress is to fashion: a timeless classic. Terry Barber explores and demonstrates the black lined eye and its many incarnations through the ages.

This class will involve a discussion of iconic women who have showcased this look throughout the ages, followed by a demonstration of the techniques employed to achieve this. Terry has worked with Liza Minelli, Diana Ross, Linda Evangelista, Dita Von Teese and Claudia Schiffer amongst others.

Date: Thursday 10th July 2008
Time: 6.00pm drinks, then 6.30-8.00pm presentation and Q&A
Venue: The Fashion & Textile Museum, 83 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XF
