One of the biggest, most awaited and the most enthralling events of Algarve - FATACIL- meets with yet another success this year as thousands swarms the place to experience their share of exuberance.
FATACIL, an annual fair exhibiting both traditional handicraft and industrial commerce products, has evolved from being a town market to a popular event. Even this year the number of visitors thronging at the expo was quite impressive.
Hundreds of stalls are lined up at the event, selling a range of products starting from Moroccan carpets to garments and accessories. In fact most of the stalls are also offering visitors with the opportunity to watch craftsmen and woman create their products using traditional techniques that have been passed down for centuries.
Entertainment is galore at FATACIL and would reach a peak as the most popular rock bands of the country, Xutos & Pontapes would sizzle the crowd tomorrow. The band has been a regular performer at FATACIL and over the years has become the unique feature of the event.
