Women's Journeys in Fiber at Fine Art of Fiber Fair

Fine Art of Fiber fair will be held on Nov 07 - 09, 2008 at Chicago Botanic Garden. Gorgeous quilts, wonderful wearable art, luxurious knits, and delightful woven textiles will be on display and for sale during the 12th annual Fine Art of Fiber.
Highlighting this event is a fiber art exhibit featuring more than 150 pieces, including contemporary as well as traditional quilts, wall hangings, clothing, dolls, fabrics and beadwork. A special exhibition from Women's Journeys in Fiber this year will be "Conceal/Reveal: Robes."
Visitors can attend lectures and fashion shows, enjoy the exhibits and participate in a silent auction and a quilt raffle.
