Title sponsors of Dressed to Kilt 2009 are Glenfiddich and Homecoming Scotland. Contributing premier sponsors include VisitScotland, Mercedes-Benz USA, W Hotels of New York, American Airlines, GEICO, Bayonne Golf Club, Vidal Sassoon, Colours Agency and Clan Currie.
Proceeds from Dressed to Kilt 2009 will again benefit the Paralyzed Veterans of America and its Scottish equivalent, the Erskine Hospital of Scotland, through Friends of Scotland, a non-profit corporation dedicated to advancing contemporary Scottish interests in the United States.
