The 6th National Handloom Expo would be organized by the Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC) Ltd., Dimapur, at Golaghat town, Assam, from January 6 to 20.
The office of the Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India will sponsor this 15-day expo, wherein the stalls would be provided free of cost to the participants, along with providing daily allowances to each stall.
In addition to this, traveling allowance will also be provided to the participants from outside the state, as per the press note released by Mr. N Hushili Sema, NHHDC Managing Director.
Mr. Sema invited applications from interested cooperative societies, NGOs, apex societies and SHGs to take part in the expo, through this note.
