This year's biggest non-woven's trade exhibition, IDEA 2010, was inaugurated at the Miami Beach Convention Centre, Miami Beach, Florida, by Rory Holmes, President of INDA, Association of the Non-woven Fabrics Industry.
The ceremony was graced by managerial level people belonging to several non-woven industries along with members of most of the key regional trade organisations.
Holmes expects that, the three day exhibition will be extremely beneficial for both the textile and non-woven industries. More so, he also hopes that atleast 6,000 visitors will visit the exhibition despite eruption of an Icelandic volcano and strong storms blowing across the Eastern US thereby, hindering travel for many IDEA attendees.
With the presence of 376 exhibitors at the exhibition this year, plans of IDEA 2013 are already in the pipeline. This exhibition is being held at the Miami Beach every three years since its inception in 2001.
