With the launching of the second edition of PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week (PFDC-SFW) which intends to enhance the employment as well as business prospects for the fashion industry, the design fraternity of Pakistan is geared up to take the country towards the direction of global fashion week.
The Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) has organized the four-day event, which is likely to witness 24 fashion designers displaying their numerous collections on the ramp. It is also a confirmation of the fact that fashion weeks are now going to be common in the country.
After the accomplishment of the preliminary event in Lahore in the month of February, the organizers of PFDC-SFW are firm on making this event a success.
More than 40 designers are expected to take part in the show and offer their own explanations of black color. Following the event, the designer creations are likely to be sold at a fund-raising exposition at Hotel Sheraton.
