Nearly 580 exhibitors from 16 countries and regions will showcase a diverse selection of yarns and fibres when Asia’s premier platform opens next week. With seven featured zones – including International Yarn, Cotton Yarn, Chemical Fibre, Fancy Yarn, Linen Yarn, Silk Yarn, and Wool Yarn – set to provide buyers with a plethora of sourcing options, the show will additionally feature the debuting Taiwan Zone and the returning India Pavilion and Pakistan Zone. Taking place 2 – 4 September at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), the fair will become one of the focal points for global industry exchange, innovation, and sustainability, when key players cross paths at its many booths and fringe events.
Covering 27,000 sqm in Hall 8.2, visitors can expect to discover a full range of yarn and fibre products in Shanghai, one of the vital organs of Asia’s market. Speaking ahead of the show, Ms Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, said: “Yarn Expo Autumn 2025 is our most comprehensive edition yet. Time and again, this fair proves to be one of the most vital sourcing hubs for thousands of diverse buyers, while the platform is essential for suppliers looking to get international business and penetrate the Asian and Chinese markets. Shanghai is an industry hub in its own right, but during this show it really serves as the global industry’s gathering point. We are really looking forward to the coming three days of business and insight exchange.”
As one of the world’s leading platforms for yarns and fibres, there is plenty at the fair for buyers to explore. In addition to the International Yarn Zone, six product zones will each highlight key segments within the domestic industry:
