The DiloGroup, a machine-building company for needle felting technology, has put into operation a newly developed high capacity carding installation of 3800 millimetres working width, including MultiFeed card feeding and DON dosing opener, at Kisbu in Turkey. Kisbu is focused on polypropylene yarn, polyester yarn, ropes, tarpaulin, and artificial leather.
The fibre preparation stage includes Baltromix fibre opening, carding willow, and a Mixmaster fibre blending installation of DiloTemafa. The complete line has been designed to produce technical products using different raw materials. The products of the new line may be used in various applications like medicine, hygiene, industrial, and automotive. In the nonwovens sector, other products available are PP Spunbond (SS, SMMS), thermal/chemical bonding, PE castfilm extrusion, coating, hotmelt lamination, and printing. (GK)
