The fabric tension is controlled by a dancing roller system. A touch-free high-tech sensor records immediately deviations. The system reacts without delay and guarantees uniform tension from empty to full roll. The whole winding process -especially the extended start and stop function IDS PLUSBU as well as the approved speed limiter function SLBU - can be adapted to the needs of the respective fabrics.
The new option Direct Speed Control DSCBU allows the import of a weaving machine signal. With this function it is possible to embed the actual speed of the weaving machine which helps to minimize the wear of the winding roller surfaces.
The FLEXPENDULUM offers the choice between different deflection systems –according to the requirements of the fabric.

The newly developed Touch-Screen operation panel allows any operator to run the winder easily and safely, even without a manual. Thanks to the differentiation of operator profiles, certain settings and functions are only accessible to authorized supervisors. A sparepart catalogue, setting instructions and a report mask are further advantages which are inevitable for a future-orientated investment into a weaving mill.
