Ekart Tekstil is located at Bursa, in North Western Anatolia, one of Turkey’s prime textile producing cities.

“The Montex takes us to the next stage of our development strategy, as it increases the production of upholstery fabrics to 400,000 metres per month, and also gives us the flexibility to design entire new ranges and collections.”
Ekart, which has its own R&D department, develops its product lines, initiates new fashion trends, and uses colours and fabrics in conjunction with various finishing processes to create innovative new styles.
“With the Montex, we have the brand image of quality and reliability, and this is very important in the highly competitive textiles sector in Turkey,” says Mr Aydogmus.
The Montex 8000-8F has eight chambers and a minimised distance between the draw roller and the pinning point; a great advantage particularly when treating knitted fabrics.
Two integrated exhaust air ducts into the left and right side of each stenter chamber ensure effective heat recovery in conjunction with the self cleaning heat recovery module ‘Eco-Booster’.
The fully automatic cleaning system cleans itself during machine operation and ensures continuous uninterrupted high availability.
