On March 18, Shensi (SiShui) Garment Co Ltd of Netherlands started its operation in Jining city.
The company, a foreign-funded enterprise, mainly produces high-grade leisure clothes in European style and export to Europe, Japan and Korea.
In the first phase, US $1 million was invested to build nine production lines, with an annual capacity of one million pieces of various types of leisure clothes.
In the second phase, company is planning to invest $2 million for building a garment processing and embroidery workshop with an area of 10,000 square meters, 12 production lines and another workshop of 2500 square meters to produce washer wrinkle fabrics.
An apartment building will be built to accommodate around 1,000 employees of the company.
It is anticipated that these projects may give a sales income of 100 million yuan.
