Textile machinery export shows upward trend this year

According to customs statistics, China's textile machinery exports in January-February 2007 marked US $255 million, an increase of 58.77 percent.

Knitting machinery exports accounted for $77.5 million, up 86.47 percent over the same period of last year.

Dyeing and finishing machinery exports scored attracted $51.47 million, a year-on-year rise of 52.71 percent.

Spinning machinery exports stood at 50.72 million, a year-on-year gain of 82.77 percent.
