China's total global imports of chemical fiber machinery touched US $164.56 million from January-September 2009, which is 46 percent less, than in the same period of last year.
The growth rate was lower by 32.98 percent than the negative growth rate recorded by overall imports from the textile and garment sector, which stood at 13.02 percent.
