“Special highlights will be the new visualization system for stenters, new exhaust air cleaning modules integrated into the machines and advanced and energy saving denim finishing concepts with twin shrink compressive shrinking ranges, Eco Applicator and Eco Denim stretching field,” the company said in a press release.
Monforts would also preset new smartphone features for Montex 8500, high performance denim stretching unit and complete range of coating solutions during the fair.
The Monforts Eco Booster minimises energy costs during drying and heat setting processes on stenters would also be available, for the first time, for retrofitting to existing Montex installations. The Eco Booster permits a computer-controlled adaptation of the heat exchanger performance to the prevailing waste air stream.
The new Eco Applicator liquor application version for knitted fabrics has been designed to apply a liquor to one side of the fabric, liquor to both sides of the fabric, liquors to either side of the fabric, or to apply two different liquors consecutively to a single side of the fabric. (NA)
