Asian benzene prices climb past week

Benzene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to bullish buying sentiments in the region.

In Korea, average prices stepped up by US$ 7/ton and assessed at US$ 787/ton in the last week, a rise of 0.90 per cent compared to previous week.

In Japan, average prices increased by US$ 7/ton and quoted at US$ 792/ton in the last week, a jump of 0.89 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.

In SE Asia, average prices moved up by US$ 7/ton and assessed at US$ 797/ton in the last week, an increase of 0.89 per cent over the previous week.
