Asian ethylene prices decline past week

Ethylene prices decreased in Asia in the last week owing to dull buying sentiments in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices marched lower by US$ 15/ton and secured at US$ 1340/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a reduction of 1.11 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices went down by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 1335/ton in the last week, a decrement of 1.11 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 1265/ton in the last week, a fall of 1.56 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices reduced by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 1360/ton in the last week, registering a decline of 1.81 per cent from the previous week.
