Asian ethylene prices inch higher past week

Ethylene prices inched higher in Asia in the last week because of strong business activity in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices moved up by US$ 20/ton and secured at US$ 1365/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, an improvement of 1.49 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices enhanced by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 1360/ton in the last week, a climb of 1.49 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices went up by US$ 10/ton and recorded at US$ 1295/ton in the last week, an enhancement of 0.78 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices surged by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 1405/ton in the last week, registering a gain of 0.36 per cent from the previous week.
