Asian propylene prices dip due to sluggish buying activity

Propylene prices declined in Asia in the last week due to sluggish buying movement in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices moved down by US$ 15/ton and assessed at US$ 850/ton in the last week, a decrement of 1.73 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices marched lower by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 840/ton in the last week, a drop of 0.59 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In China, average prices reduced by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 900/ton in the last week, registering a fall of 2.70 per cent from the previous week.
