Benzene prices move up in Europe

In Europe, average prices went up by US$ 50/ton and quoted at US$ 750/ton in the last week, an increase of 7.14 per cent over the previous week.

Meanwhile, benzene prices declined in US in the last week due to poor downstream product demand in the region.

In US, average prices decreased by 5 cents/gallon and quoted at 225 cents/gallon in the last week, a decrease of 2.17 per cent over the previous week.
