However, stockists and traders were selling the product at comfortable levels. A trader from the Ludhiana market told Fibre2Fashion, "The market witnessed average demand as buyers were cautious about new purchases. They expected an ease in cotton prices. The mills’ strategy supported cotton yarn prices to stay at the current level. The fabric and garment industry were concerned about the current geopolitical situation.”
