Cyclo continues to lead the path for providing the most sustainable yarns at competitive costs, after resuming production post the COVID-19 lockdown. The company, which is headquartered in Bangladesh, mechanically recycles the textile waste from the garment manufacturers in Bangladesh into new fibres and yarns, without using water, chemicals, or dyes.

Despite increasing unemployment, decreasing spending, and plummeting sales in textile & apparel spelling doom for the industry, Cyclo has expanded its capacity and increased its product offering by collaborating with Tencel, EcoVero, and Reprieve. The company has also commenced its partnership with leading retailers on implementing their ‘close the loop programmes’ and supporting a Green Recovery Initiative, according to a press release by Cyclo.

Cyclo is partnering with companies to ensure traceability. It continues to find partners in other regions who believe in the Cyclo process, in order to offer its customers the trust of the Cyclo brand in other yarn producing countries.
