ELiAR has established ELiAR BV at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The new centre has been launched with full equity financing.
ELiAR BV has been designed as a sector-agnostic application and R&D platform. ELiAR solutions are used today—primarily in the textile and glass industries—across many facilities in Europe, Asia and the Americas. The aim is to deepen ELiAR’s R&D and university collaborations and to offer a digital experience space designed for textile dyehouses.
At ELiAR BV, visitors will be able to follow a dyehouse’s wet-process steps on an end-to-end digital line, seeing how the sensor–control–mechatronics–software layers work together under the Digital Factory architecture. AI Assistants will provide quick summaries, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance insights.
ELiAR’s textile product portfolio includes smart sensors (conductivity, pH, colour/spectrophotometric absorbance), control devices, mechatronic automation that standardises dosing and transfer, TELESKOP MES, and the Digital Factory architecture. This integrated stack helps increase Right-First-Time (RFT) rates on the shop floor and contributes to measurable reductions in water, energy and chemical consumption.
While strengthening ELiAR’s close engagement with the European ecosystem, the Netherlands location will help bring manufacturers’ and OEMs’ technology roadmaps to the shop floor more quickly. ELiAR BV is set to be a new centre where the future of industrial automation, control and software is researched and developed—shaping industrial sectors through collective intelligence and international partnerships.
“Our new centre in Eindhoven offers a hands-on experience environment that helps our customers reach their digital and sustainable manufacturing goals more quickly. With ELiAR BV, we enable co-development and rapid scaling across Europe,” Ata Turgutalp, International Sales & Marketing Leader.
