Ethylene prices plunge in Europe last week

Ethylene prices went down in Europe in the last week due to weak upstream and downstream product prices in the region.

In Europe, average prices decreased by US$ 40/ton and quoted at US$ 1015/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a fall of 3.79 per cent.

Meanwhile in US, due to firm energy in the market, average prices stable and quoted at 25 cents/pound in the last week from the previous week.
