EU unemployment rate stable at 6.0% in June 2022

The unemployment rate for men in EU was 5.7 per cent in June 2022, also stable compared with the previous month, according to the Eurostat data.

Eurostat estimates that 12.931 million men and women in the EU, of whom 10.925 million were in the euro area, were unemployed in June 2022.

The figures released by the Eurostat for the European Union includes 27 countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.
