Extended north Indian winter leads to drop in viscose yarn prices

In the Surat market, viscose yarn prices have decreased by &#****;*-* per kg, while in Mumbai, the prices have remained stable. Traders anticipate an improvement in viscose yarn purchases once the winter season concludes in north India. 

*.*pt"> Last week, polyester and polyester-cotton (PC) yarn prices were stable after a recent increase, driven by higher demand. The uniform season has also boosted the demand for polyester and PC yarn. Additionally, quality control orders (QCOs) on the polyester value chain have positively influenced the yarn trade.
