Germany's exports to non-EU countries in Oct 2022 fall by 1.6% MoM

Germany’s exports to countries outside the European Union (third countries) were down 1.6 per cent month-on-month (MoM) in October 2022 on a calendar and seasonally adjusted basis, according to provisional data released by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).

Germany exported goods to the value of €61.2 billion in October 2022, on a seasonally and calendar-adjusted basis. There was a 15.3 per cent increase in exports to third countries on a calendar and seasonally adjusted basis, compared to October 2021, as per Destatis.

Moreover, exports of goods from Germany to third countries in their original values in October 2022 increased by 10.4 per cent compared to October 2021, totalling €60.2 billion.
