Italian fabric sampling cutting machine maker Jem is displaying its Pinking machine for entry level users at ITMA Asia in hall 5, booth B12. Although of compact size, the pinking machine includes the latest technology, which makes the cutting process simple, fast and dynamic, while the advanced versions are fully automatic with rotation of the cutting board.
The advanced versions also incorporate an innovative system which allows for full vision of the working area, through two video cameras, connected with a touch screen panel. Among its other products, Jem also offers the Carriage CNL 1k8p + NTE, which is a longitudinal and transversal taping system to apply paper or nonwoven tapes according to the position of cuts to protect the fabric edges.
Other products include the Waterfall machines TIE and TIE², which are semi-automatic gluing machines, which allow mounting samples like a waterfall to create hanged waterfalls and waterfall cards. (AR)
