Kraig Labs elects Anurag Gupta to board of directors

Gupta will serve on the audit committee and compensation committees for the duration of his time as a director, said Kraig Labs in a press release.

Gupta had earlier served as CEO of Global Data Services for TBG; president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa region for BrightPoint, and executive vice president of CMS Division at IHS Markit. Gupta currently serves as an independent director on boards of Roseburg Forest Products and Drive My Way.

"Gupta’s background and experience in corporate management, technology development, international operations, and investor relations will be an asset to the company as we continue to grow."
