Mixed trend in India's MM yarn, viscose tight but PC eases down

Ludhiana market noticed fall of &#****;* per kg in polyester-cotton, but polyester spun yarn remained stable. Costlier recycled polyester fibre supported its yarn by &#****;* per kg. A trader from Ludhiana market told Fibre2Fashion, “PC yarn prices eased after settling summer demand after rising post-Diwali. Cheaper cotton also led to ease in the blended yarn market. But rise in recycled polyester fibre boosted price rise in ** recycled polyester yarn. PET bottle prices rose by more than ** per cent in the last couple of weeks.” Recycled polyester fibre gained by &#****;*-* per kg in the last fortnight.
