A research carried out by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) has revealed that confidence of storeowners in the UK is at its highest level since January, with many retailers believing sales were up as those believing they were down.
Since February, It is the first time that monthly sales have not been down year-on-year but was achieved mostly on the back of "aggressive price discounting".
