The Bangalore-based textile firm Himatsingka Seide holding a 61.16 percent stake, have increased their holdings in the firm through its three companies, Bihar Mercantile Union, Aditya Resources and Priya Resources.
These three companies have upped their holdings to 8.67 percent, 2.85 percent and 2.66 percent, respectively.
This has been made possible by the company being able to raise $60 million through the issue of more than 2 crore global depository receipts (GDRs).
Each GDR represented one underlying equity share and the GDRs will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
