Textile manufacturing firm Himatsingka Seide Ltd informed that its Global Depository Shares (GDS) have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from December 22.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
It had earlier raised $60 mn by way of 2,09,64,360 GDRs where each GDR represented one underlying equity share of Rs 5 each.
The Global Depositary Receipts were issued at a price of $2.862 per GDR.
Recently, company holding a 61.16 percent stake; have increased their holdings in the firm through its three companies, Bihar Mercantile Union, Aditya Resources and Priya Resources.
Bangalore-based Himatsingka Seide is a textile designing company.
