At its first constituent session, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Fritz Grobien, Albrecht, Müller-Pearse & Co. Trade KG, as President and Mr Ernst Grimmelt, Velener Textil GmbH, Velen, as Vice President.
The Honorary Presidency is elected for a maximum period of two years according to the by-laws of the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
