NILIT to acquire INVISTA European nylon apparel business

The European assets and businesses of INVISTA's Interiors and Performance Fibers divisions are excluded from this agreement.
INVISTA's management has already entered into consultation with representatives of employees potentially affected by the deal, in accordance with their responsibilities to their employees and their representatives.

INCISTA has a manufacturing or marketing presence in every major market and garment region worldwide. Today it is comprised of five businesses: Apparel; Performance and Textile Fibers; Interiors; Intermediates; and Polymer and Resins.
Nilit is a manufacturer of flat, texturized and partially oriented yarns for knitting applications, from polyamide. NILIT is known for its innovation and its tailored solutions for customers in the industries served.
