Reliance bags SRTEPC Gold Trophy for its export excellence

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) won gold trophy for its excellent export performance at Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council's (SRTEPC) award function.
The company won gold trophies in two other categories as well - polyester staple fibre and the polyester filament yarn segments.
Grasim Industries also bagged gold trophy for best export performance in viscose staple fibre while Madura Coats Pvt Ltd achieved first rank in polyester spun yarn.
Awards were also given for best performance in several other categories in the small scale sector, export to Latin American countries and export to 'Focus Africa' countries.
Awards were distributed by Union Textiles Minister Shankersinh Vaghela at the function held in Mumbai, yesterday.
