A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co KG informs that MK Sons introduced a new range of 100 percent cotton satins featuring a T400 thread thickness at Heimtextil.
“The new T400 thread is improved over the previous T300 and meets the growing trend for heavier threads,” said Rana Naeem Akhtar, Director.
The company has also introduced a T500 satin winning its first orders from Australia and the USA. “We are currently developing different constructions from T500 to T800 for the American market,” confirmed Rana Naeem Akhtar.
“Following the recent installation of a new Monforts Thermex continuous dyeing range, a Montex stenter and a Monforts sanforizing range to control shrinkage, everything,” he continued, “is now finished by the new units, providing much improved results; particularly with better weft control at the exit.”
MK Sons newest Montex allows finishing on fabric widths up to 3.2 m and brings its number of Monforts stenters to four.
